A funding and investment solution designed to solve industry challenges

Property developers are still finding it difficult to secure sufficient funding for new developments in the shadow of the financial crisis, despite the government’s plans to build 225,000 more homes across England in the next five years.

InvestSure was established in early 2015 to provide a marketplace to help developers access funding, as well as helping investors and funders find appropriate and vetted opportunities to lend to and invest in.

During this time we have already established an excellent reputation amongst the best property developers in the UK for providing access to funding and investment.

By using our extensive experience in brokering, funding, development, technology and design, we have created a tried and tested structured process and state-of-the-art platform that brings together all the investment and funding components efficiently and effectively.
